Tom Jones Massage Therapies is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service. This includes protecting your “privacy”. We appreciate the importance of protecting your personal information and recognise the trust placed in us when you supply your personal information to us.

Collection and Use

Your personal information is collected in order to safely and effectively provide you services, within our scope of practice. Personal information includes such things as your age and occupation, and details about your current and past health. This information allows us to devise a specific treatment plan relevant to your needs.

Disclosure

You personal information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

• to third parties, only when explicit consent has been given by the you, or
  where required by law.
• As a client of TJMT, you can request at any time to be sent all personal information and treatment notes kept on record, from your file.

Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored digitally, and in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse or loss, and from unauthorised access modification or disclosure. It is a requirement that all personal information and treatment records be stored for a minimum of 7 years, as per the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Providers.
